Quality system Management
The Company’s General Management recognizes the need to adjust the current quality assurance programme for the planning and control of all those activities that affect quality.
KASTER’s objectives and commitments regarding quality policy are constantly shared by the Quality System Manager through periodic communications to all operating personnel and staff involved in the process.
As a primary objective, KASTER emphasizes complete customer satisfaction, ensuring service and expertise to meet all specific requirements.
KASTER has therefore decided to define a Quality System in compliance with the standards and regulations of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
